Biography[]
On April 15, 1912, during the sinking, the Seaman had helped get most of the women and children in the lifeboats. By 2:00AM water was inching onto the Boat Deck and he helped several men throw Collapsible B from the roof of the officers' quarters. He then saw the Captain and attempted to hand him his lifebelt but was ignored. Seconds later, water overtook the deck and the seaman wasn't seen aboard Collapsible B again.
